    At Lifetime Dental Health, we accept several different insurance plans, payment options and even offer in-house financing. During our consultation process, our team will address the financial aspects of all treatments and services performed.

    Which Insurance Plans Do You Accept?

    When Is Payment Due?

    Unless other arrangements have been made with our financial staff, payment is due at the time of service. To make this easier, we accept most dental insurances and team members are available to help you process and file insurance claims.

    Depending on your dental benefits, our staff will estimate what will be covered by your insurance and will collect your portion during your visit. Insurance copays are due on the day of service.

    Insurance benefits must be received within 30 days. If payment is not received within 60 days, the patient is responsible for any fees. You will receive a statement from our office with any remaining balance after 60 days, or after your insurance has paid a claim.

    Other Options

    We understand that you may need other options for larger treatment plans or more extensive services. If your treatment will take several visits, you may pay the first half of the balance at the beginning and the second half after your final appointment. If you are still unable to afford treatment, we are also happy to offer a plan through GE Capital Consumer Card Company.

    We have a wide range of payment options available for your convenience, including:

    • Cash
    • Personal Check
    • Green Sky Loan Program
    • Visa & Mastercard
    • Patient financing programs (CareCredit), and
    • Assignment of Insurance Benefits.
