Straight smiles start at Lifetime Dental Health
The Invisalign® Orthodontic System (Invisible Braces) is a series of clear, removable aligners that straighten your teeth. This cutting-edge alternative to traditional braces aligns teeth with plastic aligners instead of brackets and wires. Research has shown that 60-70% of all orthodontic problems can be improved with the Invisalign® technique.
Lifetime Dental Health uses advanced 3D imaging to create Invisalign® aligners that fit your mouth perfectly. A dental consultation with Dr. Barry or Dr. Love includes a comprehensive evaluation and a discussion about your goals and expectations. Your dentist will then take impressions and x-rays of your teeth. The impressions are sent to a computer and used by the lab technician to create each customized aligner.
*The doctors of Lifetime Dental Health are general dentists providing orthodontic services.
Average Treatment Time
It can take as few as 12 or as many as 48 Invisalign® clear aligners to adjust your teeth. Mild cases of crowding or spacing usually take 9 to 12 months to correct, while moderate cases take 12 to 18 months.
The aligners move the teeth to the desired position in stages. Each aligner is worn for about two weeks. For best results, you’re required to wear the aligners at all times except when brushing, flossing, or eating.
